Refund policy
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
At TWNSX CO., all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition and packaging
• Free from damage or signs of wear
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited:
• Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
STORE CREDIT
Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit may be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different item, size, or style, we recommend requesting an exchange or receiving store credit to place a new order.
